Everyone associated with my garage project was professional. Even when a couple of problems occurred they handled them without me having to be involved. Quality work, professional employees results in a project I'm n happy to show others.

I then started the conversation about my barndo with Leroy a few years ago and he left a great impression. I did thorough interviews with 3-4 other builders (who also build close to KC, MO). Fast forward to last fall through this May and Trenton was heading up my build. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, Trenton, Eddie (concrete/in floor heat), and Junior (lead on the building crew). These are hard working men of integrity. Several other contractors (and other builders) had great things to say about Generational as well. We had a devastating house fire in December of '23 and when we went to Generational for a rebuild they were amazing!! They were experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and very reasonably priced. The entire crew from start to finish were respectful and kind as well as friendly. The guys at generational buildings are great to work with, very helpful, easy to communicate with and did an awesome job constructing a 40x80 building on my site. The site was cleaned up of any left over material and no trash was left behind. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely hire them again in the future.

This is long overdue. We had a wonderful experience with Generational Buildings and the gentlemen named Trenton Troyer. He helped us build and design my dream shop. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is their priority. All teams of people throughout the project were outstanding. Large project and there we a few issues along the way. They took care of everything immediately. No questions asked. We built a 50x70 with a porch, spray foamed and 6" concrete floors. Do not hesitate to call them! I want to personally thank them all!

We hired Generational Buildings to do a project for us that consisted of attaching a shop to our current home, seamlessly extending parts of our current home into the new shop, and re-siding our current home to match the new shop. The idea and the vision we took to Generational were out of the ordinary so we wanted to make sure we used someone local and trusted to get it right. Working with Trenton throughout the process was easy and he made sure everything was done correctly to bring our idea to life and has continued to stand behind their work and commitment even after the project was completed. The foundation and concrete crew were quick and efficient while doing great work. The rest of the crew we worked with for the framing and metal work were very skilled and patient to make sure everything was completed correctly along the way. They were also very good about accommodating changes that came up along the way. There was even a time Trenton and Leroy came onsite with me to come up with the best way to tackle the most challenging part of the project and made sure it got done right. We love the way our project turned out and they did an exceptional job turning a complex job into a beautiful end result. Generational Buildings is a company of great people who do great work and stand behind the agreement they make with their customers. We would gladly use them again in the future.

Generational and their team of professionals came in running and did not stop! They completed a 60'×100' stick built 2×6 framing on 16" centers with 16' walls and trusses on 4' centers and completely metal sided and roofed our building in 5 total days. They also finished siding on our 40×50 house within that same time frame. Amazing experience working with Freeman on building 10,000 sq ft building. Scheduling was chaotic on my side for dirt work preparation, but Freeman worked through it for us! They went the extra mile! Eddie (Concrete Head) and Freeman both helped run radiant heat flooring piping the day before concrete… in a time crunch! They care about the end result and streamline everything!

I would highly recommend Leroy and his crew. They are good, honest people who will do whatever it takes to construct your building the way you want it, and fast.

Highly recommend. I hired Generational Buildings to build my 104’x56’ barndominium. Communication was great, Leroy and Trenton were super easy to work with, and the framing crew were very impressive. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the fact that after each work day, the guys picked up after themselves and kept the job site clean and organized. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks, which is unbelievable. 5+ stars.

We built a house in 2023. Generational Buildings completed the concrete, framing and metal. They did excellent work, and kept their word! They were there on the days they said they would be there, and finished when they said they would be done - for the price they quoted ahead of time. They took pride in their work, and were happy to explain what they were doing through the process. They kept a clean jobsite. They always answered the phone when I had questions. They worked quickly, but the quality of work did not suffer. The small details stood out to us as homeowners, and the caliber of work was also noticed by other contractors. Example: the drywall crew we chose later asked who did our framing because they were happy to see everything was plumb and square. We look forward to working with Generational Buildings in the future.

Generational buildings built my home. But it was more than that. The home building process was about leading my family to christ. This experience will leave a Generational effect not only on my house but on my family. If your looking for a company who puts the lord first in everything they do, stop looking. We chose Generational Builders to build our barndo because of the exceptional experience we had in 2009 when we built our home. We were hoping to have a similar experience this time around. We were not disappointed. Ethan and his crew came in with a level of professionalism that will put most others to shame. Our barndo was put up, framed and roofed within 2 weeks. What a wonderful experience working with Generational Buildings! I wish the whole project went as smooth as it did with them. Trenton was amazing to work with throughout. There were many changes before and even on the fly and they took care of everything, even our custom requested weathervanes. I couldn’t recommend them more. (Have already passed their information on a few times). I had prices and felt with several companies and I alway kept comparing the bid to them. If you are thinking of having a building built, they are the best!!!
